Default New and have questions

Hi everyone! My names Aaron.

I've been given the opportunity to own a 2004 Monte Carlo ss, but it needs some work. It needs a set of rims and tires, the abs and check engine light are on, and its got some interior and paint issues. I'm pretty sure it needs a lower intake manifold, a head gasket, and it has an evap leak. It's leaking anti freeze as well as burning it, so I'm at a lose.

I'm just wondering if any has any idea how much it would be to get this thing road worthy? It's sat for about a year, but it does start right up and can move under its own power.

Thanks!

Welcome to mcf! Most likely all you would need it lower intake manifold gaskets as the head gaskets normally are not an issue on these cars. The abs light is probably from a sensor that failed on a wheel bearing. Cost to fix this and get it road worthy depends on if you are doing the work or a mechanic garage will be doing the work.
