Welcome Chad from KY to the MCF. This is your 3rd Monte? What were the other 2? Got pics?
As far as the mods, some of the members have been putting cold air intakes on, but there's not much available for these cars, and because the build #'s were low, there's not much market there. Mod'ing id what you can make of it. Go for some wheels and maybe some stripes.

Hi Chad, & Welcome to the MCF
What model 06 Monte do your have ?
What options/miles ?
Please give us your review on your new Monte, &
what you like/dislike about `it.
How does it handle on the roads of KY ? : )
We hope you post pictures of your new ride, and your
previous Monte's also.
We will be looking forward to your future posts.
Some member's have done CAI, and put Flowmaster's
on their Monte's and they sound AWESOME : )
Wish you safe/happy/fun miles in your new Monte Carlo.

welcome to mcf! like most have been sayin there rnt many mods for the 06/07 due to the low demand, some have manufactured cai for their montes and im sure u could build an exhaust for it...thankfully the u bend isnt on ur style monte (i believe i read that on a previous post) so basically u can make her breathe better but unless ur willin to really pay u will have to do it all yourself...im not even sure the superchagrer/turbo aspects of the car...hopefully sum1 can help me out

Hey, if you have questions of specific mods I've done a lot of research and have found and implemented a few. PM me if you'd like, I haven't had much time for the forums between a mod this weekend and work, lol.

Welcome Chad to the Monte Carlo Forum!

A lot of us here found this site when we were looking for info on Monte Carlo's, and punched in "Monte Carlo Forums" into google. Myself included. LOL.

The others are correct about how rare the '06 and '07s are.The2006 Monte Carlo LTZ is extremely rare.I don't think you mentioned what specific model of Monte Carlo you have (LT, LTZ, SS, etc...). But just because the 2006 & 2007 Monte's were low sellers, doesn'tnecessarily mean there's no mods you can do. It just means you're going to have to get creative. For example, if you have engine "x" and want to do engine mods, there are usually other GM cars with the same engine. A lot of their engine mods should work on your Monte.

Partsforyourcar.com and K&N dosell stuff to mod 2006 and upMonte's.I'm sure some of the others here know of more.

Greatto see you here.
