welcome to the forum and yes the 3800 series is a good engine to work with theres plenty of people on this sight with their v6 modded and im sure theyll be happy to help

As most have said you can easily get more out of these motors, at 80k, still has plenty life!!

Thank you all for the support, it is always great to hear! I am sure this car is built pretty tough, my wife has already asked for me to dump some money into it so for xmas i am going to that...Went off a list someone had posted on here. Wanted to take a moment and say Welcome. Guess your back home and safe now, so that is wonderful. Your canine Military working dog Liza and you look like you have been out and being busy... Guess you had to turn her over to another handler when you left.... was she for perimeter security or alerting when on patrols?? Take care combat vet.......
