Notice that the a/c hoses and dryer are missing...

I ordered a new condenser, o-ring & gasket kit, orifice tube, dryer, 134-a fittings, etc. Then during engine break-in, I discovered a steamy little problem in the passenger side floor... Ugh!

So, needless to say... I now have a new heater core on its way..

yeah mine is cracked and held together by black duct tape. It's working so far but I must get a new one.
Yeah, my heater core was doing the same thing but I ripped mine all the way out to reduce weight since I was racing her.

Now for the dumb question: How do I start new threads in the general forum?

Thanks, Jake.

He's stoked about this car. Glad he likes it over a 1990 supra turbo I found...

I picked out 6-8 wheel styles (within a budget lol) for him to choose from. He picked the MB Old School in gunmetal, so we're gonna put 18 x 8's on it. It's been fun so far and I'm glad he appreciates REAL CARS.

Hello and Welcome to the forum!

Your diving into this project with both feet. What previous automobiles have you owned? Your coming across as pretty savvy around cars. Excellent work, you have really put together a package that's keeping the Monte Carlo you have respectable. Where do you believe your at WHP wise?
