New to the Forum

Hello, everybody!

I found your site and joined because 1) I love Montes and 2) I bought an '82 MC 7 months ago for my son and I to work on. It's his first car and he is excited about its "cool factor."

Please wish us luck because we're gonna need it! (Plus your help lol)

My progress to date:

Pulled out the engine/tranny. Installed a GM crate 350 260hp and a freshly rebuilt TH350. Refurbed the exhaust manifolds, but did an ECM delete, new Eddy EPS intake and 1403, water pump, fan clutch, belts, hoses, recovery tank, distributor, battery tray.. cleaned and painted all the other accessories..

Just broke the cam in Sunday and got the carb adjusted and timing set. She's stronger than I expected..
