New Chic to Share the Love (and Aggravations)
Hi all!
Since I'm in the "Newbie" area, I need not say more about being new to the site or forum.
My love of the Monte started many years ago...
12 years ago I owned my first Monte. '84, black body, cream interior.
Blew the crummy V6, dropped in a built 305, with dual cherry bombs and straight pipes. Then the babies came and I had to give it up.
9 years later, I found (what I thought was) a decent '96 Z34 with 108,000 miles on it. Bought it and it went into the garage 3 days later.
After 2 years and a complete rebuild, she emerged victorious.
Now she's a daily driver with 170,000 miles. Sure, we have our ups and downs, and severe disagreements, but I do love her so.
I will have some questions to come soon about her tempermental nature, but I'm going to take some time to find the right places to post such issues.
