new check out my 96 z34
hey all,
i'm new here, got my 96 z34 a few weeks ago. i've done a few things so far, nothing big. just replaced the stock headunit with a Kenwood excelon KDC-X789, filled the open space under the headunit with a 3 gauge cluster, and got gas and break pedal covers. i'm planning on getting a 10w7 powered by a JL 500/1 within the next few weeks. i'm also looking to get an intake...any suggestions? the only ones i've seen are on ebay for about $20 so i'm not sure how reliable they are.
i'm going to be 17 in about a week and bought this car from my nieghbor. my dad plans on keeping it once he retires since he will no longer have his company car.
you can check out my cardomain site here
there you can also reach my dads site for our 69' olds 442 which for sale locally if your in the NJ area and interested leave a reply

RE: new check out my 96 z34
hes looking to get around 8500 for it...its in good condition but still needs some work. we've put hours of time and plenty of money into it, but lately have been running short on both.

RE: new check out my 96 z34
yea i wasn't real happy with the way the gauges came out either. my dad did them one day while i was at work and that gap was the first thing that i noticed. i'll probably try to fix it eventually but it doesn't both me too much so its alright for now. and yea the headunit does stick out a little more than i would have liked but i think it was still a good purchase. when your sitting back in the seat you can't really see the screen so you have to tilt it up all the way to the last (steepest) setting. but besides those two things i'm happy.
thanks for your input.
