With the wife working all Easter Weekend, I had some extra time in the garage to tackle some projects I had in mind. I have posted some pics here.

I wanted to do some dressing up of the engine compartment, and touch my badly scarred front bumper. It doesn't look so bad in pics, but it is pitted down to the primer all over and some jacka$ backed into my car trying to park so there was black plastic showing through on either side of the license plate. I bought some Plasticote colour matched paint to give it a quick once over. Hopefully I'll be able to paint the whole car in the fall but this will do for the short term. The paint is not a perfect match (obviously) but I notice it has a rough texture, so I am hoping some 1000 grit and a coat a of clear will improve the match. That will be my project for next week.

Lastly, I have been wanting to black out the lower grill of my airdam. Then I came up with an idea that I have not seem on any other monte, so hopefully it is unique. Let me know what you think.

I finished of the day with a little Sunday drive and took some more pics.
