this is my first post...06 monte ss
[FONT="Courier New"]Wazzup everyone I'm glad to be a part of this...everytime I search for help or advice on my Monte it takes me here. I'm Daniel from palmdale, ca....anyways....
I have an 06 Monte Carlo ss, I have around 6ko use. (not planning on using everything) but can u guys tell me what I can add to perform better. I already have a k & n filter, flowmasters with 4" tips.I hear people getting a Diablo tune what will that do and howe much?Wha about headers? R they worth it??? Welcome. You've picked a great site and a great vintage Monte. I highly recommend a Diablo Tune. It is available for the '06 and has proven to be very reliable. I have a partial tune in mine to remove the DoD. I believe that the most gains with the headers have been had when doing an intake manifold swap as well. That makes it kind of hard to determine what provided the most gain. Good luck!
