Welcome, very interesting! That thing probably moves with that 6.7, where did the engine come from?

Yes it will leave a cloud of smoke behind when you open it up. Engine is originally a 400 out of a 73 Impala wagon. Hoping to run on a wheel dyno in the future but guessing between 430-470 hp at the crankshaft.

with most of the things people like me were wondering about. I know the 87 floor pans can fit. but the other things needed to be done on how far should the fire wall needing to be molded on how far depending the type of engine. I already put the 5.3 and the 6.0 ls type in a 87 and a 85 monte and buik body. but not sure how far or what is needed to mold the fire wall. to make it happen to pass it along or what is needed

The G body floor pan I used was incorporated into the exhaust tunnel , I made the cut in the area below the factory shifter and between the seat. The area where the 2002 exhaust tunnel is has enough clearance to mount a older transmission TH350, TH400, powerglide but would probably need more for a 4L80E. The firewall was a little more tricky to fit. Cuts were made from the brake booster area to where there heat/ac used to be and cut right below the wiper assembly. A few other notes. The brake booster will need to be moved a few inches into the wheel well area as it will hit the valve cover, you will also have to modify the steering shaft and make some kind of support for the shaft connection . The steering collum can stay in factory location , I saved enough of the G body floor pan to use the gas pedal assembly. I did make a post that has more info https://montecarloforum.com/forum/ge...l-drive-59109/ hope that help's. If you have any other questions , just ask
