Default Monte carlo 2004 turn signal problem

My left side turn signal doesn’t work. The left turn signal light on the dash stays on. The hazard lights work. The right side turn signal works. Please help.

That usually indicates a bad bulb. Try swapping bulbs with the other side front then rear and see if it changes. If no change, inspect the sockets and look for a rubbing wire. Have you had any issue with slow signals? That would be an indication your hazard switch is failing, if you haven't replaced it recently.
