Please help me. I got a 04 Monte Carlo that my son calls Lightening McQueen but it keeps cutting off on me. The battery light will come on when it comes on but i have had this battery for over a month now. I cleared all the codes by changing out the dreaded instrument cluster but my car still cuts off. Has anyone had this same issue?

Please help get Lightening McQueen back on the road.

What codes were thrown?

Could be a fueling issue, a MAF sensor issue, etc.

Does it start up after failing?

It starts right back up after it cuts off. The codes are P0122, P0452, P0453, P1122, P1626, and P1811. When i changed out the cluster, they went away but the car still cuts off.

Seems like you have a few fueling codes and a Throttle Position Sensor code

Any maintenance done to the fuel system recently?

In addition to Chibi's info,

P1811 indicates transmission issues. Max adapt long shift I think it's called. You basically need to replace solenoids in the tranny so it will stop shifting long and/or banging into gear... Or you need a rebuild sometime soon.

I thought it was a fuel pump but no work done to the fuel system. What about the P1122, the throttle position sensor? Will that make it cut off while driving?
