One detail I find interesting.... The hood scoop may not be, but it closely resembles that of the scoop used on a I believe the 99-04 Mustangs..... And the looks like a style I believe seen on Mustangs, but I believe Craggar also made that style....

Seeing the latest posts, it has to be an edition done outside of GM after production - apparently done by American Specialty Trucks. I don't see any GM licensing on the paperwork shown above so I don't think GM had anything to do with these. I also have dealer brochures, for both 2006 and 2007, and these aren't in those. It's likely that AST purchased the cars and worked with Nascar to have them done. I don't know how many of these were actually produced but I've never seen one.

Default no Info

Not having much luck finding any info on this car either. Dealer was no help. This car is not even in the Bluebook, so i guess they just go by the 06 SS. Not sure from the pics but my car has a sunroof, not sure if all did or just a few.

Default Mufflers

Just saw that some had Magnaflow mufflers on them, my Monte came with Flowmaster 40"s on her.

I really don't think that the Dealers are interested in anything but either selling Cars or doing the service work that many over charge for. That seems to be there drive. Also the reason there is very little loyalty to them as well. I was thinking about a SUV purchase this year and after all the dealer visits, when it comes down to my purchase it will be from who ever has the best deal, best price.
