Default LOC installation

Hello,
Need help. I attempted to install a 4 channel LOC to my factory head unit and followed the 2003 SS diagram to the "T" and rca installs as well. I used the diagram sent by bbengineer (great help),but did not get any sound. Am I doing something wrong or is the LOC possibly bad.

Please advise[:@]

ok i might be stupid here but what is a loc?
if your talking a after market ehad unit then you should have sound with the wireing harnes connector alone.
If you do not make sure you have good power threw it on all connections mine didnt connect threw one of them and did the same thing it just took pushign harder on that wire connector to get it to work.
Also make sure the ant. wire is hooked up and the ground to a good ground.

also a common mistake is for most folks to do is to hook up the ANT. wire ont he deck in the place of the power wire. (belive me i have seen this alot . then they cant get it to work)
hope this helps but it is kind of a shot int he dark not knowing what you mean by "LOC"

LOC: Line Output Converter.
Definition:
Connect the speaker leads from your car stereo to the "LOC". It reduces the incoming speaker-level signals so that outgoing signals are compatible with the preamp inputs on your amplifier. You will then need to use two or four RCA patch cordsto make the connections to your amp.

ok so your talking a high low box.
try turning up the gains on the box . some of them come from the factory and they are set low.
Also you might make sure they have a good connection on them. there really is not alot to go wrong in there but i guess it is possiabel to have a bad one from teh git go.

Thanks man. I tried turning up the gains and still recieved no sound. Is there any other wiring that I might be missing to connect? Like I mentioned earlier, everything went pretty smooth as far as the wiring is concerned. agian, Thanks for the info.

the only other thing i can think of is if you only have one channel in this tha tyour hooking up you have the wrong one from what i had.
mine was a left and right channel and it just hooked in to the speakers. but if this is wha tyou have and no sound i would try another one then . I havent heard of them being bad but i would think anything is possiabl.
let us know what ya find
