Until last year, I even rolled in a 2000 Z28 here in CO, there were a few rough times, but other than that isn't bad at all. And since I just got this, I have to figure out what I'm going to do with it to make it a bit more badass.

I actually looked at the 98-02 Camaro SS before I got my 06 Monte SS. Decided to go with the Monte because (a) I've always loved the Monte Carlo, and (b) it's a bit more practical as a daily driver in Michigan. Referring to your comment about the 80's body style, those are also a favorite of mine. Someday I hope to find a black 87 Monte Carlo SS AeroCoupe to go along with my black 06.

It's got the 3.5. I would have gone with the SS but I do a lot of driving, so I needed something sporty and still decent on gas mileage. I average 300+ miles per week.

I think once I get this paid off I may look for an SS..not sure what year yet. It's either going to be a Monte or a Camaro. That way I'll be able to have something in an SS and something for good gas mileage.

wot-tech is going to be about your only option for performance mods, you can get ported upper and lower intake manifolds and maybe a larger throttle body with an adapter plate for the throttle body on the upper intake manifolds because most throttle bodies are for the 3400 upper intake manifold.

Pretty sure I found their website, I'll have to dig through it and see what peaks my interested. What kind of exhaust would you suggest for this car? Definitely need to get away from stock

MagnaFlow 16728 performance cat-back system, fits both 3.5L and 3.9L.
