Default Introducing myself

Just wanted to make a quick introduction. If any of ya'll cruise 2kmc, you know me already, or mymonte, i'm redhotss. For those that don't know me, I've got a 2002 SS, somewhat heavy mods. I'm pretty much done with the "bolt-on" mods, so I'm nervously moving into bigger, more permanent things.

Current mods:
CarTuning design turbo kit; SLP Cat back; SLP high flo cat; ZZP 180* Thermo; MSD Blaster ignition Coils; Taylor Pro Race 8.5mm spark plug wires with MSD caps; SSC lowering springs (~1 1/4"); GMPP front (34mm)and rear(18mm) sway bars; Monroe performance shocks and struts; PowerSlot dimple rotors; Hawk Performance brake pads; SLP polished alluminum rims; K&N cone filter routed to lower grille

Custom doorsill covers, mats, and trunk mat; painted calipers; Aeroforce scan gauge, AutoMeter boost and Trans Temp analog gauges on "A" pillar mount; red interior lamps; custom front/rear seat and steering wheel covers.

Near future mods:
Shortened dog bone engine mounts
CarTuning intercooler
Rebuilt tranny (don't know what I want to do yet!)

I look forward to talking to ya'll around the forum!

Welcome to the site!

Looks like you've spent a lot of time and hard earned money on your awesome SS.
Great car you got there. I think your sig describes it well.

Welcome Ron from MD. I've spent some time at the OTHER Monte sites, but prefer the more family friendly MCF. Not so much bashing here as at least one of the other forums. Let's see some of the mods you've done. I'm especially interested in the turbo, as I just bought my wife LadyT a new Solstice GXP, turbo'd 2.0L, 260hp stock.
