For XP users
All Programs>Paint>File....(open the file the pic is in)
Image>Sketch/Screw>....(reduce the horizontal and veritcal by 50%)
Save and try to upload to MCF..If it doesn't work, reduce it in 25% increments and try it again.

Your overall file size has to be 1.2 megabytes or smaller.
