my pics are 2 big to posts and i dont have a camera that can go any lower in resolution

For XP users

All Programs>Paint>File....(open the file the pic is in)

Image>Sketch/Screw>....(reduce the horizontal and veritcal by 50%)

Save and try to upload to MCF..If it doesn't work, reduce it in 25% increments and try it again.

Resize to 640 x 480 or so and it will work.
