Welcome to the MCF. It sounds like a nice car. Get the transmission serviced as soon as you can so hopefully you won't have any transmission issues. That seems to be a common issue with these cars. I hope you have lots of troublefree and safe miles.

Welcome to the forum! Teal green sounds different - I can't picture the color on a 6th gen Monte. You gotta get some pics up on here
