I am not sure, I hope so, i am planning on getting a 2nd set of tires on them if he does(just in case i may need them in the future). I didn't realize they weren't stock until you pointed it out. I actually like the ones on it and will keep them on there if he has the stock wheels, im not picking it up until weds evening, so thats why im not sure at the moment.

And Thanks everyone for the comment's!

What is the easiest mod to add HP?? I believe other than the wheel's everything is stock.

Congrats, looks like a sharp looking car! Even though the wheels aren't stock, they look great on it!
As for mods, do some researching around here and some other 3800 forums. There is a lot of stuff that can be done to these cars that can ramp up performance.
The first thing I would suggest is a ZZP Downpipe with high flow cat (removes a bottle neck in the system).

If it helps, here's my web site on my Monte and my current and up coming mod list (most of them are a pretty common formula of mods):
2004 Chevy Monte Carlo SS

Again, congrats!

Nice car! I almost got a red 2000 Pace Car myself, but couldn't work out a deal with the dealership.

I've always liked the 2000 pace car the best. Especially the interior. That's the only 6th gen Monte that came with a black and red two-tone interior.

The most common first mods are a cold air intake system, and exhaust system.

Most people here with a CAI have gone with the WizAired CAI. But there are others, including one from K&N.

The exhaust system mod is a popular second performance mod. And you have many choices, depending on your budget. For a more budget minded system, you can go with a cat-back system of your choice. But many people here have gone a step further and have replaced everything from the downpipe back. That includes the downpipe, a high-flow cat. converter, and a U-bend delete pipe. Doing this is more expensive.

If you go with the downpipe back option, you'll most likely get an error code and check engine light because you're putting more air through the engine than the computer is expecting. And you'll need to have it re-programmed.

This is just a quick mention of the two mods. There's tons of info on them in the forum. Plus, people who have done it will be more than happy to help you with more details.
