I dunno but personally i feel like I hit the lottery....
So last week I was rear ended by a women distracted by her 4 kids going 45 mpg in an Suv... my baby saved me *06 monte lt* that I got when I enlisted from the military. I had it from 45k miles to 149k miles.... it protected me and with that I will always be greatfull.
But with her sacrifice I just got a new monte a few days ago... its a 05 SS Stewart edition. 90k Miles only 2k Miles put on it in the past 8 years. The man I bought it from got it when it was in a wreck the front corner panel took most the damage. From what I can tell he spent his time doing the repairs needed to bring it to near a very high level seems like tho the body panels he replaced he didn't space correctly but I can correct that pretty easily.. I spent only 4900 bucks on it. Its super clean and runs like a dream. I went ahead and replaced all the belts and liquid in my baby cause of how little usage its gotten in the last 8 years... but if Feel so Lucky and Im So excited!!
Jeez, not bad.. Any info on that Joe Gibbs decal? Ive seen those before and cant find any actual info on it. Look into flushing the coolant and changing the intake gaskets if you havnt already. Its a pretty easy job.
Word of caution, the grille you have on that car.. Is worth an arm and a leg and a lot of them get stolen, you can pull it right off. Keep an eye on it! Or just sell it to me. Just kidding, but not really.

oh I already got all the coolent and fluids replaced! Good to know in the grill haha. Yeah as I said on the car panels the spacing is a bit off. But I can tell he put time and effort into it!
The decal comes with the Stewart edition I think.. but not sure where to get it tho! Also what's so special about the grille ?

Its just a very desirable piece. There used to be a couple aftermarket versions you could buy from SLP and someone else but its been years since theyve been available. The OEM one was also discontinued by GM. Just a little piece of plastic that makes the car look 10x better. Ive seen one sold for $500 +shipping and theres a member on here that paid im guessing, about the same. Just guessing on that tho. Ive offered $200 and been told there was a higher bidder.
