how do i post a question i have about repair?
Trying to find out how to submit a question I have about my 2002 Monte Carlo SS. My rear view mirror has fallen off. I have purchased the adhesive kit so that I can re attach the mirror however I cant seem to get the metal plate that attaches directly to the glass off of the mirror. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Forum...
The metal plate that attaches to the glass is held on to the mirror
by a set screw . you need an allen wrench to remove it.
