Hi Newbie, Need Help on SS :)
Hey All,
I'm a newbie here, thanks for letting me join!
Original owner of SSexy, she's my 2004 SS!
I joined to ask how to reset her "Check Engine" light after replacing front o2 Sensor. I am limited as to where I can post for now, (I can understand why!) Anyone that can put me in the right direction for info, would be great!
I also have another issue with her security, and trying to get it all rectified as she gets gutted for a new heater core. I thought I had the o2 Sensor squared away until the light came on, on way to Radiator Shop! Thanks RGG

Welcome to the forum! As stated above an OBD2 scan tool should work. On my previous car I had to use a pocket scanner to clear an O2 sensor code a couple times a month. (Wasn't worth it to replace the sensor for the condition the rest of the car was in)

Thanks for all the fast reply's! I had been told a scanner tool may work. I was gonna have the kid at Auto Zone rescan it, but when I had the LS1 Camaro a few years back the car had to be driven till it turned off. Im unsure if that method will also work. Again I cant post in the forum yet, due to the new guidelines by spammers.
Radiator shop says keeping SSexy another day, and I was looking forward to get her back to try the scan tools! Thanks Yal!
