I currently have a 1996 Z34 but I'm upgrading to a later model.

I can get a 2004 supercharged for $6500, low miles but needs body work (passenger side). Or I can get an SS for about $4500, body work needed. I don't know much about cars, but I LOVE montes. The thing is, my Z34 has high maintenance costs and I want to avoid that when purchasing my new ride. What is the best choice? They are both rebuilt titles, same year, about the same mileage.

Also, what are some common problems on these models? Thanks for the help, I'll be buying my new baby in less than a month and pics will be posted.
