Its been a while seen I have been on here. Work has been keeping me pretty busy......
since I have been gone for a while, a few things have changed....

Sold the 95 Monte
in turn
Got a 2002 Monte Carlo LS with the 3.4 in her. We got the car for $6000.00 So far it seems to be a pretty good deal

In Aug of 2007 got a 2006 Cobalt..... It was an ok car. The wife wanted something a little bigger so on Wed it went bye bye
It was upgraded to a 2005 Monte Carlo LT. Its black on black and is fully loaded. Still does not have everything that my 06 LTZ has in it but
for the price we paid for it. It is money well spent.

My house is starting to look like a used car lot.......
Along with adding the two above Montes we also added a
2004 Pontiac GTO......

As far as your questions go

The GTO is the fastest.
My LTZ is my favorite. Almost two years old and still has under 16000 miles on her.
As far as gal mileage goes. Not to sure. The 02 should be the best for that. But not sure. Have not kept up with that part

Between the 3 Montes as far as engine platforms goes we have the following

06 - has the awsome 3.9L 242 hp
05 - has the 3.8L 200 hp
02 - has the 3.4L not sure what the hp is. I would guess around the 170 range

As far as color goes

06 - Laser Blue
05 - Black
04 - GTO Yellow
02 - Silver

The 05 Monte Carlo LTis a rare find

It has factory dual exhust (just like the SS has)
It has the 3.8L V-6
Sunroof
Onstar
XM radio
Leather int.
It has all the options just like my LTZ has.
Best part of all was the price. Only paid 12999 for it

As far as problems with the LTZ

we just got from PA with her this week and so far the only problem that we have had with the LTZ since new has been with the remotes and that was repaired a while back.
I have been very happy with this car. Performance wise ect.

I hate you. Not really. Just a little ticked at GM because they wouldn't sell the 04-06 GTO's in Canada. I wanted one ever since I first saw it at the 2003 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. I even got a page and a half letter from corporate GM that basically boiled down to "too bad....sux to be you". Even threatened to go buy a Saleen Mustang, but they didn't seem to care. Then I found out that the stupid government wouldn't allow us (there were thousands of us who bugged the pig snot out of GM to sell us the GTO in Canada) to import them over the border either. Wouldn't explain why.

It's a conspiracy I tells ya! LOL.
