I think there may be a minimum post limit before you can do that to avoid spammers and such. At least that's how it is on some other forums I've seen.
Honestly though, you're probably better off listing it for sale on your local channels (FB marketplace, Craigslist, offerup, autotrader, etc). Most folks here already have a monte carlo and may be pretty far across the country from you.

As Bumpin' suggested, many of us are existing owners. Not saying you cannot list it here, but traction might be limited. There are plenty of other sites that can better push a car sale targeted to your general location.
