i posted in gen 6 there is a huge list of issues: from dash lights to brakes to trac to cooling to most everything.. and i am certain once we get into this .. possibly more will show themselves it is an 02 MC 3.4 L auto.. i am gonna need a bunch of help through this.. her baby was born and with in the week had heart surgery and it is bad enough she has been driving it like this while she was pregnant.. I just came back into the area and well i have a soft spot for females in a bad situation as I have gotten through most of mine.. but it wasn't easy..

I know what she is in for.. i would sooner narrow down before attacking most of these as i will only have access to the car for short periods as the baby will be coming home this week and she does not live here so.. most of my troubleshooting will have to count.. so i will go on the angle of what is a known fix for issues first unless it is very costly.. then since she doesn't have money for parts or labor (nor do i) well cheapest to more costly ventures in that order..

there is some oil in the radiator and over fill bottle .. which radiator was replaced 2 years ago.. so this has me concerned about over all condition of the engine and even if it is worth doing anything to it as i am not able to do a head job at this point in my life due to health issues so for her to pay a shop to do this may be out of her range so in a can fix may have to be considered all input welcome..thanx

Oil in the radiator could be from a blown head gasket..
Are you personally going to do the work yourself ?
Are you mechanically inclined ? or do you have help ? tools, etc ?

Have you reached out in the community for help ?
Wish you good luck.

Yeah i believe it is exhaust and not intake so we are cheating with sealant she needs to get local driving for the next 2 years..heard some great things on some of those sealants..
I have been doing all the work on all of my families cars for the past 30 years outside of major work.. no scanners or major equipment but enough i usually get by with most things

all diy.. she cant afford a shop at this rate.. but if it must then.. it must.. i may have her go for the cranksshaft pulley bearings if it requires special tools
