Welcome Owen to the MCF family.
A couple of things on your plans. 1st, there's no such thing as a chip, but a tune. The T.B. spacer won't do anything for you unless you are supercharged. A CAI is THE best thing you can do, and 2nd best is a U-bend delete pipe. An exhaust will make it louder, sound different, but won't help performance any. That doesn't come until you're at well over 300 BHP. I'm at 315BHP, and I'm still on a stock exhaust. It MIGHT give me 5HP. I have just a 3" downpipe and hi-flow cat. IMO, changing an exhaust is a waste of money, UNLESS you want it to be louder. A hi-flow cat might give it a little. Not sure how much on a N/A motor. a ZZP plog manifold might help, too. I got one of those, also.

Thanks for the input Rocknss. CAI is definatley top of the list followed by exhaust (i know it wont give much power but love the sound.) I have been reading about the ubend delete and will defin. take it into consideration. "tune" will be a few months away, but are there certain ones to stay away from?

i hear that. although mine got into an accident during the first big storm right before christmas, and i didn't get it back till valentine's day, so it spent most of the winter in the shop, warm and clean. but the accident was pretty much due to the snow. damn winter! oh well it makes it that much more gratifying when we get to clean and detail it for the first time after the snow melts!!
