Help need help with this car

Anyway How old is the battery? if more than 3 years old go get a new one.
Check the Ground wire on the battery to see if it is Corroded or not making proper contact at either end. Clean both ends and the contact area should be bright bare metal. If not make it that way.

A problem that has become common lately with our cars is the ignition switch housing becoming slightly corroded, or worn at the contact points. Usually means replacement of that housing. Or it could be the ignition lock cylinder that contains the chip that works in conjunction with the anti-theft system. Not saying this is the problem, but I would be suspicious and if the advice drivernumber3 didn't do the trick this is the next thing I would check. I don't know of anyway to test it, just replace it. If it isn't bad now it will be soon enough and it's one less thing to worry about.
