Wat I also had in mind is doing a 3800 series 2 swap but not sure what I'll need plz help

You need to a bunch of research.

If you are swapping the engine... you need the engine and a wiring harness from a 98-99 Monte Carlo / Lumina with the 3800. You'll need the PCM from that engine programmed to your car and you'll need to swap the transmission (depending on what year your Monte is)
