What year is your Monte?
Do you know if you are getting power at the motor? I've seen Grand Prixs that the splines for the wiler blades are striped and you see little movement out of them. The next guess is the multi-function switch (the wand on the column) is bad.

Welcome to the MCF...

Did you check to see if there is power going to your new wiper motors ? Did you check your fuse box & check that all fuses are good ? Did you do the work yourself ? You may have a bad switch ? If you have a power meter (?) Check to see `if the switch is getting power...?

Check back to see what our expert tech members post when they read your problem...

Good Luck

It is probably a problem with the multifunction switch then. They can cause a ton of issues when they fail.
