Default Help?

perhaps Im doing something wrong here, but i cant seem to be able to do much of anything on here.

A good 80% of the time i get the same massage:

" Tom.M
, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
  1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
  2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."
And i have gotten my email to activate my account.

ok that is to keep away spammers from the forums. After 10 days and 10 posts after making your account, you will be able to use more of the site.

All members now have to go through a 10 day AND 5 post minimum waiting period before gaining full access to the site.
This was posted by Administrator Taz -- if you look at the top of any of the category's you'll see a box with a few "threads" that say "Announcement" next to them. Be sure to read those because the answer to your question was in the one titled "Announcement: Access been limited? Read this!"
