Default Help on 2001 Exhaust

Hello! Im a new user to this forum as I myself own a 2001 Monte Carlo ss / 3800. Im having a lot of mixed feelings as to which aftermarket exahust I should get for my car to give it that nice rumble and nice sound of acceleration. Anyone have any ideas for me??

With these cars the louder it is the raspier they get unfortunatly, you best bet is sit on youtube and watch different videos

Like here is mine
3800 n/a 3 in catless down pipe, glass pack for a resonator, throught stock muffs

I also agree, the louder the exhaust the raspier they get. Also agree with watching youtube videos to try and figure out what you like.

My exhaust is open downpipe off the turbo, very loud and the turbo takes away the rasp. Nice cam and sounds mean but I also put tons of money into go fast parts to get mine to sound like that lol

Thankyou for the opinions! I have been looking on YouTube and have found that I just wish I could hear them on my specific vehicle.
