I'm from Pittsburgh. I go to the Starlight Car Cruise for fun, but obviously I don't show my car. My boyfriend's father shows his Chevelle every week. Honestly, I can't remember if it's a '71 or '72... He built it, literally, from nothing. When I first saw it, it was nothing but parts in boxes. The engine wasn't even up on the stand, yet.

I guess I should throw this out there: In the Great Jr vs Gordon Debate, I'm a Gordon fan. Have been since I was about 5. I actually started watching NASCAR before my parents, but I got them hooked soon enough! We go to 5-6 races a year, typically.

So ladderman100- I'm definitely going to do some work to my car, but thanks for the consideration. Yep, my car has all of the "perks" too! Great, aren't they??
And I gathered that you were a firefighter by the username...

But yeah! Thanks for the warm welcome everyone

Thanks

I'm about to go out and take a couple pictures of my (currently dirty) Monte! The weather's been so unpredictable, and I hate to wash it just to have it rain and then get muddy again... But keep an eye open! They'll be here shortly

Just a couple! I noticed a new paint-chip above my right rear tire... Soo that's kind of a bummer. I hate dings and crap from rocks... There's one on the hood of my car and it just irritates me to no end. Sucks that there isn't anything you can do to protect your Monte unless you drive it around in a bubble...

Hey Ashley, another PA'er!! Nice SS, mines not, but it's my baby, just got splash guards for her, really does cut down on the throwing up of debris, I had no idea! I also have a bra, works great for front debris and looks, but as I don't remove it, you will get some discoloration beneath. NBD tho, don't plan on ever parting with her, drives my wife nuts!! Again, welcome!

Mike

That's awesome! It's such a great car. I just wish I had some more time (and money) to put into it.

Heyy! Welcome to the forum! Gorgeous monte you got there! I say you ditch those fugly tail pipes right away, they're killing the butt of your monte big time. Black rims would prob look amazing on that color as well
