LOL where to start. The first thing it died on me while driving. We replaced the ERG valve and fuel filter and the mass air flow sensor. Then it ran and died again. I took it to the shop and they replaced the spark plugs, neg bat cable and the starter. And it ran great.
Recently the motor on one of the fans went out. So yesterday we replaced that. But the big problem now is that the headlights are not working at all.
When I got it. If I had the brights on all the lights would go out. And this happened just a few times. Then in the last week when I went to turn the brights on it was like it would not catch. I had to do it a few times. Then it finally stuck.
Well on Mon the headlights finally died. Our friend who is a fleet manager at frito lay checked all the fuses and the bulbs and they are fine. It seems like a short or something. I am no mechanic I am a Veterinary Technician. Ask me a question about an animal I can help. LMAO.
So we had to rig up a toggle swich just to get home last night and have headlights.
I am at my wits end. I LOVE the car but WOW I have only had it 4 months and I am just tired!
I will post a pic when I get home.
hang in there buddy, i think the car is going through menopause (aka a rough patch),lol the first thing i would is to check if your replay is clicking, if its not, from there back is where the problem is. it may sound stupid but ur light switch very mechanical and not digital at ALL. so that may not be making contact with a pad,
ps, check the relay first.
