I was a beginner at one point as well, but now I have recorded an album and been a studio musician on a couple others. Not sure if you know about this site but if you are looking for tablature (keep in mind it is not always right, it is the persons interpretation that posted the tab but the majority are pretty spot on) Reviews - Harmony Central it will help you progress.
