hey everybody im a newb and i have been into the tuner scene for a while and now im hooked i seen a monte that just caught my eye and traded my honda and $1,500 for a 1984 monte carlo CL with 33,000 original miles yesterday i love it how ever i got really screwed so i think ill learn to love this place first of all cracked intake manifold coolant puddle appears on top of intake oil running off bottom i think its an oil pan gasket and the starter went bad first day i and radiator is very limey /coroded on the inside i guess i should expect it for have been sitting 15 years but the body is VERY straight paint is VERY good too (light blue w/dark blue 1/4 carrige top interior isnt bad and motor sounded good so its all good ill get some pics soon also not my style and gotta go are the spring blocks (door sill abovr my knee cap and 22" wheels,flip down DVD screen) i am in my early 20's about to be married and live in kansas city ,mo

Welcome! Just to note, your Monte is actually an SC (Sport Coupe) model. CL (Custom Luxery) was an interior option, which you also have.
