Age: 26 (soon to be 27)
Monte: 2002 Monte Carlo SS (Limited Edition)
I am a landscaper/self employed. I like spending time with family, friends, and the fiancee'. I take to craigslist for a lot of my jobs and bartering of course. I eyed the Monte during a craigslist deal and ended up doing a trade for it instead of the originally anticipated trade.
I have been a Chevy guy for a very long time, having 8/10 of my total vehicles I have owned being Chevy. I currently own a Lumina (needs work) a k1500 pickup(current work truck 4x4 and daily driver), and the 2002 Monte SS (limited).
I guess I joined this forum to see if I can get this car going the way I want it to. I am happy to share pictures and whatnot if requested to.

I was born and raised on nothing but Chevrolets!
Being self employed can be very rewarding! Do you also do winter snow removal? I would gladly use those services if your from SE Michigan...
You see im an amputee and I cant shovel snow... But I do have some great neighbors that help me out from time to time.

If I was near Michigan you better believe I'd help ya out! I am from New England (MA) area though. I acquired this car in a craigslist barter. I have heard some great things about them. There are a lot of finicky things going on with it. I basically rescued it from incompetent people (they put terminals on wrong sides and made wires smoke while they were showing me the car before I got it.. lol)
I am assuming the weak and now slightly damaged battery may have something to do with the glitchy stuff that happens with this car. Here are some pics below (I will post two comments to show you all the pics I have).
- note the body damage, I may be changing the color scheme or just fixing it the way it is. I change cars often, but if I can get this to be where I want it I will most likely keep it, as it's a Chevy and that's my brand of choice with vehicles.
