Hello! I own a 2002 white SS. The car is not without its set of issues but I've never owned a car that was this fun to drive!

 

Welcome to the MCF family, Sharon from Long Island. Glad to hear you enjoy driving your Monte, as we ALL do here. This is my 2nd 6th gen Monte Carlo, as my '01 SS LE just wasn't quite enough for me. Just HAD to have more. I wanted the Supercharged Monte Carlo, and ended up with this '04 Intimidator SS. I KNOW what you mean about being a pleasure to drive. The ride, response, looks, and overall comfort are hard to beat for the price.

So it's got issues? Don't we all! LOL! Hope you can get some worthy advice here on some of the problems they have, and they do.

Hello and welcome! The 2002SS in white is a beautiful Monte Carlo. And yes, hella fun 2Drive! If it has issues, this is the place to post, learn and discuss and and all of those. We like PICTURES too, so post em if you have some.

 

Welcome to the site - out of all of the cars I have ever driven, the Monte by far is my favorite car. I have a Mini Cooper S (which I am selling because I lost my job and cannot afford the $400 car payments a month) is very fun to drive and handles great but has an extremely rough ride. So after I sell my Mini I am going out and buying an 04 or 05 Supercharged Monte for my everyday car. (The red one pictured in my sig is my show car and I am preserving it).

Thanks for the welcome. I will post a pic when the snow stops. I thought I had one, but for the life of me I can't find it, so I have to take a new one. And right now the poor thing is a salty mess.

 

i know what u mean...i cry every time i walk out and c my car during winter...
