Hi All,
I just purchased an 01 MC SS and yup, its silver. I really love this car with all its features and enough get up and go to get out of its own way! My previous car was a 95 Honda Accord, which was a good reliable car but it didn't have thepower nor the luxury of the Monte. I'm no stranger to cars, just maybe to the MC. I have done body work, tune ups, brakes, engine swaps, tranny conversions and much more to cars but not so much with GM. The only other GM car Ihave owned was a 85 Pontiac Fiero. This MC is only a week old to me and I love it. So many features and merging on the highway is no longer and issue. When you have to plan out a spot to move into two football fields into the future, you know you've got a slug.
I am having some of the classic bugs but nothing serious. I need to replace thet-stat/sensor and check the heated seat wiring. It gets cold up here in the north!
Anyway, this site is great and Iappreciate everyone's input. Thanks!
