drivers door stuck shut
2001 monte carlo SS 
The latch on the drivers door kept getting stuck in the closed position and the door wouldn't close. I got the latch to open and closed the door, now I cant open the door from either side and the key wont work......

Now this do won't open this happened to me once, but on a different car. This is a pain to fix. First you will need to remove the seat. Then you can get at the door panel to remove it.
If you have a salvage yard nearby take a trip over there to see inside the door on what it looks like you may need to replace some of the parts that will break getting this repaired.
The dealer wanted over $800.00 to do this when it happened to my car. Good luck
