Very nice! Who drove the actual #50 car? Did they do any custom work inside the car too? Kinda looks like they painted the dash Dr. Pepper colors. Normally the dash would be the same color as the door panels.
It may actually be an SS. Which engine does it have? The LS had the 3.4 litre. I notice your car has fog lights. I believe the fog lights were an option (upgrade) on the LS, and standard on the SS.
I like how they two-toned the ground effects. The factory color of the car works perfectly into the Dr. Pepper colors.
I don't know if you would want to do this, but I think putting one of the factory spoilers on the trunk would really finish the racing theme of the car. Ultimately, the "race inspired" spoiler would be the best of the two choices. But if the car didn't have a spoiler installed from the factory, you would have to drill the mounting holes yourself. Or have someone do it for you.
Thanks for sharing your very rare custom Monte!

Take a look at our other member who has a nascar inspired vehicle. I think his steel nascar wheels would look very nice on that.
Also they make a nascar body kit if you really want to bring it to the look :P
And taz... the dash kind of just looks like one of those dash covers like they sell on PFYC if you look at the vent it has the stock color look.
