and yea kidpsace, offroading has been some of the most fun times Ive had, however it is crazy expensive with my Jeep being my daily driver. When you go out, you pretty much are guaranteed to break something or damage something that will break later. In all honesty I cant remember a time I didn't break something when wheeling (broken: axles, multiple steering components, a hub assemby, u-joints, drive shafts, entire exhaust systems :-\, clutch, reverse gears within transmission, radiator, broke off both rear shocks taking off a jump, popped $190 tires...) or put body damage on the Jeep (bent tailgate hitting tree, bounced side off hillls/trees multiple times, few windshields).
