Love the practicality of the 3400 V6 207 CID Chevy small block. Easy to work on and maintain. Completed top end overhaul Winter 2015/16, some hiccups since then but still purring and no loss of HP. Many planned builds in the upcoming winter. Can't wait to read your stories.
2004 Chevy Imp - Monte Carlo Enthusiast
3.4V6 4speed. base 200HP goal is 250+SL
Power Stop Z26 Calipers, Slotted vented rotors,
Red stuff pads, new brake lines, higher output Alternator @130, Red Top AGM battery, 4 new coil over struts, front lower control arms, so many new things hard to remember all. Head gasket up overhaul, new plugs, wires, fuel pump/filter/lines, hand ported/polished LIM/UIM & F/R exhaust manifolds. Baked on powder coating in classic Corvette Red with red calipers. Rims by Verde on OEM 16 inch rubber. Fin/spoiler donated by retired LS(yard pick).
Next build-beginning 2016- MMS Ported/polished headers, crossover, high flow cat + down pipe, 65mm throttle body, coolant bypass deletion, EGR deletion, MMS Standard Perf. PCM. Cold Air Intake, stainless hex bolt prettypack.
