I own a 2000 Monte Carlo and having problems with the fans on the radiator which in turn gives me problems with the air conditioner. Any ideas? I have checked all the fuses from 10 to 25 amp. I have also installed the 2 new fans as a suggestion from a friend which one was not working at the time. Now neither of the new fans work.
