Default back to working on my 79 Monte Carlo (time to modernize)

Modernizing Monte to pro-touring, I originally built 35 years ago. It's a bit of an 80s styling look now. I would like to aim for a pro-touring look and start with the stance, lower it to at least 1.5" Not sure what else to do? Maybe blackout the window frame Chrome?

To be honest, it looks good to me as is. A little lowering would make it more aggressive looking, but looks like a sweet ride right now.

Personally, I don't get the whole lowering thing, probably because I take my Monte down back roads where ample ground clearance is to be desired. Besides, won't you scrape bottom coming out of driveways if you lower? But hey, you do you
It looks so cool already that I wouldn't want to mess with it much. Maybe chrome or orange door mirrors? The turn blinkers look a little foggy in the pic... maybe clear them up?
There must be computer programs where you can download pictures and make a bunch of changes virtually to see if you can find the look you are going for.
