hard to tell. It almost looks like the passlock connection that goes on the ignition cylinder. But not 100% sure where on the car you are at and what the front of the connector looks like. Might also be for an option your car didn't have.

Hes right under the top of the steering column. Ill never forget what that looks like. Spent about 4 hours upside down in that area fixing my turn signals.

Default Passlock on the ignition I’m gonna ****

4 hours upside down nailed that on the head lol do you know what the connection is if it is to passlock on ignition ima cry I’ve replaced radiator water pump alternator serpentine belt battery I still get every light possible pop up when I turn car on car tries but won’t start security lightbshows but goes off after I bypass or clear it car still don’t start

I have a 2005 Monte Carlo lt im almost 100 it was plugged in just by noticing a little wear on end of connector it hard telling though it says all 2005 Monte Carlo lt where suppose to have top access to fuel pump mine did not it had the outline of wher entry panel should have been cut but wasn’t had to cut it myself because I didn’t want to drop tank to pull fuel pump

Let me walk my lazy butt to the garage and see if I can find this connector...

Ok so I also have that connector just hanging there. I would assume with that bit of info that whatever your problem is, its not that connector. What leads you to believe it was plugged in previously?

The fuel pump thing... Its been brought up a few times. '05s are supposed to have an access door but obviously all dont. Mine doesnt either.

So youre left with a no crank issue then, correct? Can you get codes?

EDIT: I should have remembered this but I had this exact problem (no crank and dash lights lit) which turned out to be a bad battery. Could be a bad ground or cable also.
