Default 2004 Midnight Blue Monte Carlo LS

Hello,

My Name is Stephen Mcfrom a very small town in East Texas (reppin tha big tex!!). I have just recently bought an 2004 Monte Carlo LS. It is my first car, I LOVE IT! However there are a few things I would like to add to the car. Because when it was originally bought it had none of the factory standards that a usual LS would have. (i.e. cruise controle, stearing radio controls...ect.) So I'm really here to find parts and information on the best stuff for my car is. I'm hoping to keep her till shes a classic.

I will be posting pics at a later date.

My first bit of business would be: I'm looking for the *** that goes over the button on the shift stick for an automatic. Also i'm looking for the coversfor the back speakers. I'm unawere if there are any like black mesh ones if there are I would love to get those. However I would be fine with the grey Factory ones that came with it.

If anyone has these items Please get in touch with me at my email

StephenMc09@rocketmail.com

PS I'm having troubles hooking up my amp and subs with my factory stereo If anyone has any info on this please let me kno as well .

Thanks,

Stephen

Can't wait for feedback from everyone and getting to kno more about my car

Welcome to the forum man. I was actually born in Texas, but moved before I could remember any of it.

As for the parts you're looking for it would probably be easiest to hit up some junkyards and look for some Montes that you can pull replacements from.

As for my amps and subs with my stereo what I did was find a line out converter deal off eBay. I had to unplug a deal from the back of my head unit, then plug what I unplugged into the deal I bought and then plugged that back into the headunit. This deal that went between the headunit and original cable plug added a few RCA jacks that I ran to my amp.
