Welcome to the forum.

As long as you stay on top of the gaskets, the 3400 should give you the 200,000 you're looking for.

welcome to the forum. 200,000 miles, that would be totally awesome. I'm on 53,000 in my 06, by the time it hits 200,000 I might be thinking of retiring from my job

Welcome. I'm joined about a week ago and I hope you find this site as helpful as I have.
my monte has about 164xxx miles and after I replaced the all the the gaskets from the head up the engine feels much stronger. as far as the tranny i already had to replace last year.

i THINK I JINXED MY SELF. THE TRANNY WENT OUT AGAIN LATE APRIL. I JUST GOT IT BACK LAST WEEK SEEMS. I WENT TO A MORE REPUTABLE PLACE AND SPENT 1100 BUCKS.
