2001 Monte Carlo SS
Thanks for all the welcomes - I will post some pictures when I finally get a chance to put some more posts in the forum. Work has had me mad busy over the past few days and promises to be the same for tomorrow.
I am from Buffalo, NY. I attend college in Rochester, NY during the normal school year.

Need some info bad on my 01 SS Monte Carlo...
I just bought a 01 SS Monte Carlo and the guy i got it from said the original engine blew up and he revived it with a new one. now he said he put one in it out of another 01 SS MC and i need to know if someone could tell me if theres some numbers or something on the block i could look up to see if its a real SS engine and its the 3.8L V6 but ofcourse. anyway i was also wanting to know if theres like some free upgrades i could do in the yard. i know im going to have to spend some money eventually trust me i had a 95 mustang GT 5.0 HO and i put a cold air intake, 1.7 RR, 3.73 gears advanced the timeing and it wasnt very cheap. except for the timeing it was free so could somwone let me know if this is posible and if so could you let me know thanks...
